Our Aim

To provide care services and support to people of all ages, enabling them to stay at home for as long as possible. To encourage each individual to function to his or her full potential and ensure personal choice and independence.

Service

In most cases your home care package will be subsidised by social services, however some services can be purchased privately.

What can I expect?

All our home care workers are checked by the Criminal records office. They have all had some basic training but most have their NVQ level 2. Where ever possible you will have the same care workers but this can change due to the needs of the service. We will endeavor to give notice but this is not always possible.

Quality Assurance

Occasionally you will be asked to complete a quality assurance form; this is use by us to monitor our care workers and the quality of care being provided. This is also useful for social services as feedback from clients good or bad comments are kept as evidence that the clients are able to correspond with us. It also means that we have to provide evidence of action taken.

Villages within 14 miles of Grantham, including Grantham town.

Caythorpe and surrounding area up to 8 miles from the village.

Newark and the surrounding area up to 8 miles from the town.

Areas outside of the 8 mile catchments may be covered.
